Woke up at around 8pm just now.

Was in the running mood the moment I woke up. Don't know why. Hahaha. Msg and called a few peeps asking whether they wanna join me for a run. So none wanted to join. Hahah.

Ran alone in the end.

Went to Mandai Tekong Park. Luckily I had my mp3 to accompany me for the run. Hahah. So yeah, ran 12 rounds around the running track.

12 rounds = 4.8km

It was an own time own target run. Feels so good to sweat it out. I guess the IPPT results I got for the other day inspired me to go for a run today. Haha.

Nvm. I shall do this on my off days. Healthy living dok!!

Hmm. . .got to know frpm Lina that Isa got Karut Terbaik for today's Dikir competition. Congrats ya. Beating the other nominees to get the title is very tough. Come to think of it, being a Karut takes a lot of courage and creativity for you to get the attention of the judges and audiences, and also for you to get the message across.

Congrats again Isa!

So the next upcoming competition will be Mega Perdana. Held every 2 years, winner of this national competition is considered to be the best in Singapore. We got 2nd in 2004, 2nd again in 2006. Champions is 2008? Only time will tell.
