30th June @ 2300hrs

4 days since I last blog. Hahah. Been out as usual. And I'll just be too tired to update my blog at the end of the day. Okie, I'll try to squeeze all the 4 days going-ons in this entry. Pardon me if it's messy.

Fri 27th June
Haha. So anyway, after my 1st shift that day, went out to chill with Zuhrah at Mas-Ayu Restaurant somewhere at Upper Changi Road.

Was a nice place tho. Very the terpencil.

We were like happily talking and laughing when these 3 idiotic YPs came and sat next to our table. And they were like bloody loud lah. Trying to make their presence felt. Banging on the table, taking the bottle of chili sauce and banging on them.

Irritating sey. Spoil the mood.

So we left the place and wanted to find another suitable place to chill out when Zuhrah made the impromptu plan to go karaoke. Haha.

So she was asking Asrul and gf along (who happens to be at Marine Parade) to join us. So yeah, made our way to Parkway Parade, but it was no longer there. By the time it was almost 1 plus am in the morning. Dah malas nak g jauh2, so we just played pool since we were already there.

So left the place for home at around 0230hrs. Werking nite shift that day. Hahaha

Sat 29th June
Nothing much to update for the night shift. Except that, I went for breakfast with Aide, Farouk and Razali at Haji Karim somewhere along Amk Ave 10.

I think I'm beginning to find more nice places to eat and chill out. Hahaha

Had Thosai. It's been long. Hahah.


Bang! And the cat played dead.

And oh, remember I told you that Shawaliah has bought a new car? That's her =)

Proud owner of a brand new white Hyundai Avante.

And so the plan on my first off was running with Areen at East Coast. Initially, Lina was supposed to tag along, but she had her projects to do, so yeah, only meeting her for dinner instead.

And Ferrie was messaging everybody about playing soccer at FICO and watching the live match between Germany and Spain. I know I'm gonna be super tired, but what the heck. All in the name of fun! Haha

Arrived at East Coast around 5pm. Parking was, as usual difficult to find considering it's Sunday. Parked at the carpark nearer to Fort Road exit (again).

So began the 6km run. Hahaha.It was nice I tell you. You just feel so light after everything. Hehe. Areen, aku nyer weekend off, g lari lagik eh.

So met up with Lina at Tampiness Mall Starbucks. Fetched her from there and headed to Afghan for dinner.


Dinner was kind of rushing, coz I was late for soccer. Was supposed to meet Ferrie under my block by 2215pm, but I was still at Tampines @ 2130hrs. Sori eh. But nevertheless, photos was still taken. Haha

Anyway, sent Lina to Yishun after dinner followed by Areen at Admiralty.

Rushed home, packed my stuffs. Called up Ferrie to inform him that I'll be meeting him at FICO and also for directions. Hahaha . I'm bad at directions that's y. Hehe.

Arrived at FICO by 2300hrs. Just nice, upon my arrival, they already started playing. Wee!! Night soccer at the artificial turf. Super fun!

Well, guys will always be guys. Nothing can separate them from soccer.

Right. . . Hahaha

Cost 64 bucks per hr. Kinda expensive lah. But we had 12 people in total. So the amount of money that each of us was supposed to fork out wasn't that much. Only 16 bucks. And we played from 2300hrs all the way till 0200hrs.

Glad that none of us had cardiac arrest. Hahaha.

And so we ended the game around 2am. Washed up and prepared ourselves for the much awaited final match between Germany and Spain. Well some had already gone home, so left the 6 of us. 3 supporters of Germany and 3 supporters of Spain. Hahah. . me? Spain of coz. =)

Watched the match at the FICO Lounge. More like a bar with big screen showing the live telecast. Have always wanted to watch in this kind of ambience. Heheh

All of us were hungry after game. Wanted to order chips, but sold out. So we only ordered 3 jugs of soft drinks. YES. SOFT DRINKS.

Ordered Mac only much later.


2 jugs of coke and 1 jug of sprite. Strictly no alcohol! All of us
are PO's. Nobody wants to get caught for D&D. Hahah

The formation that led to the win. Hehe. Fernando Torres is just too good.

So after shouting here and there, in the end Spain won! Yes!! Thanks to the wonderful run by Fernando Torres. He's just too good for Germany. And super fast!

Hahaha. . .too bad for the other 3. Spain supporters went home with a smile. hahaha.

And I noticed that Germany won more in body contacts because of their physical size. But it doesn't matter anymore.

Viva la Espanyol!

Reached home around 0530hrs. Slept till around 1600hrs

30th June

So today, went for a run with Peter at Yishun. Just helping him pace for the 2.4km run this coming Fri.

New hobby: running. Hahah.

Can't believe that yesterday I completed a 6km run, soccer at night followed by a 2.4km run today. Hahaha.

I'm nuts I guess.
